Director

Candice Caalsen

Candice Caalsen is an internationally accomplished director, musical theatre performer, and educator with over 15 years of creative leadership at Face Productions. Her artistic journey began with foundational training in South Africa, where she earned a Certificate in Performing Arts specialising in Musical Theatre from the Stage World Theatre School, before expanding her global credentials with a BA (Hons) in Theatre from the Guildford School of Acting and a Trinity Performers Certificate. This diverse training paved the way for a professional performance and singing career spanning South Africa, the UK, and Asia. An exceptionally versatile visionary, her extensive directing credits include a wide range of musicals: Anastasia, Annie, Be More Chill, Carrie, The Musical, Catch Me If You Can,  Chicago, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Cinderella, Guys and Dolls, Heathers, Into the Woods, Legally Blonde, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, School of Rock, Seussical, Shrek, Singin’ in the Rain, Sweeney Todd, Titanic, The Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz. Her directorial portfolio also features several compelling, hard-hitting plays: Dear Chuck, DNA, Find a Partner, Girls Like That and Hunt.

Director

Micah Sandt

Micah is a professional actor, composer, and director living in Hong Kong and working both locally and internationally. He trained as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London and holds a Master’s Degree in Composing for Musical Theatre at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.
 
As a director, musical director, and creative, Micah’s recent project credits include Moana Jr. (Shanghai), As You Like It, Oliver Jr. , Studio 54, Tabby McTat (Singapore), and creating and directing the show choir Encore with The Hong Kong Women’s Choir. A dedicated educator, he has taught drama and music across various institutions and schools, including Tokyo Opera Studios, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA), the University of Idaho, Island School, Renaissance College, and Harrow International School Hong Kong.
 
As a composer, his credits include a murder mystery musical called Pamela: A Brutal Beautiful Death, a biographical musical about Marsha Yuan and her mum Cheng Pei Pei My Bubble and Me (USA and Hong Kong), and contributing original music to the UK television series Mary & George.
 
On stage, Micah’s performance credits include performing his one-man show Gweilo in Shenzhen in September (with a previous tour to Paris), Café I Do (an original Cantonese musical celebrating Leslie Cheung), Smokey Joe's Cafe (Hong Kong 3 Arts Musical Institute, China tour), as well as Glorious! and WILD with the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong. He looks forward to performing in The Bonn Man with the orchestra this coming October.

Choreographer

Chloe Au

Chloe is a dancer, teacher, performer, and choreographer.

Chloe's love for dance started at a young age, training in various dance styles -  Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Musical Theatre. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School, U.K. She performed in various shows internationally, engaged in works by Jason Mabana, James Cousin, Monique Jones etc, also starring in music videos.

Driven by her desire to share the joy of performing arts, Chloe is committed to providing high-quality dance training to her students. She strives to shape them into the next generation of stars, nurturing their talent and helping them reach their full potential.

In all aspects of her career, Chloe remains dedicated to her craft and passionate about inspiring others through the power of dance.

Musical Director

Jaime Wilkin

Jaime trained in music, with a specialism in composition, at The University of Birmingham in the UK. Since earning his masters degree in education, he has been heavily involved in community theatre. His most recent musical directing credits include Spring Awakening (2024), Rent (2024), Snapshots (2023), Robinhood: The Panto (2022), Jack and The Beanstalk: The Panto (2021), Carrie The Musical (2025) and Chicago (2026).

Production Manager/Choreographer

Jacqueline Choi

Jacqueline Choi is a performer, choreographer, educator and production manager. A graduate of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with an MFA in Arts and Event Management, Jacqueline was selected to be the Artist-in-Residence for the 2020 City Contemporary Dance Company. Jacqueline is now the Deputy Creative Director at KG Group, overseeing the production of musical theatre, visual arts and communications arts for artists as young as 2 years old to adults. With over 17 years of experience in children’s arts education, she is dedicated to using the arts as a transformative tool to instill character development and positive education in her students, empowering them to grow creatively and personally.

Jacqueline’s theatre works include: Ocean Park Whiskers Theatre: Whiskers Express & the Miraculous Journey, Nine Lives What A Dance Drama, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Youth Musical 2017-2019, HKAPA Interstage - in an instant, autumn came per se Concert 2020, Lost & Found, Where You End and I Begin, CoComelon Classroom Entertainment Experience 2025.

Director

Leticia Ayres

Leticia Ayres is a Brazilian-born artist who has lived in Dubai, New York, Los Angeles, New York and is now back in Hong Kong. From Shakespeare and Improv to Puppeteering, Leticia loves all things acting and performing and loves even more to share her knowledge with future generations. 
Leticia received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting from the renowned AMDA in both LA and NYC. As an artist and educator, she wants to grow the theatre community and shaping young minds with the beauty of art. 

Her theatre credits include Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, The Trip (International Tour) as the Lead Puppet - Captain Nahnah, Men on Boats (Los Angeles) as William Robert Hawkins, shows on a monthly basis with TBC Improv HK and many others.

Singing Coach and Musical Director

Tammy Shum

Tammy Shum, soprano, holds a Master of Music in Voice and Opera Performance from the Schulich School of Music at McGill University, where she studied under the tutelage of soprano Aline Kutan. She is recently awarded the Li Ka Shing Foundation & Opera Hong Kong Young Artist Overseas Fellowship for her outstanding vocal artistry. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music with First Class Honours in 2022, and was awarded the HKSAR Talent Development Scholarship (Performing Arts) and the Hong Kong Children’s Choir Music Scholarship for her academic excellence. She was also awarded the Lee Bing Memorial Scholarship for Voice Majors offered by CUHK in support of her postgraduate studies.As a passionate young soprano, Tammy has appeared as Susanna from Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, and Papagena from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. She has also appeared as a soprano soloist with the Chung Chi Choir and the Schulich Singers, performing repertoire ranging from Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy and Camille Saint-Saëns’ Oratorio de Noël. Her professional engagements include being a member of the Opera Hong Kong Chorus and Musica Viva (Hong Kong) Opera Chorus.

Assistant Production Manager

Chan Long

CHAN LONG graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree in Theatre and Entertainment Arts, majoring in Stage and Event Management.

He has worked with Face Production and KG Group since 2020. His other production credits include the East Kowloon Cultural Centre opening musical, HIGHLIGHTS - The Memories of Charles Kao; Edward Lam Dance Theatre - Art School Musical 2025 and The Sound of Art School Musical; Theater Ronin - Beyond This Time etc.

During his studies, Chan Long was awarded the Academy for Performing Arts Friendship Society Scholarship in 2018 and received the Outstanding Student Award in 2019. He was also awarded the Dr. and Mrs. Tsoi Wing Sin Memorial Scholarship for two consecutive years, from 2019 to 2020.
