Director

Candice Caalsen

Candice Caalsen is an internationally accomplished director, musical theatre performer, and educator with over 15 years of creative leadership at Face Productions. Her artistic journey began with foundational training in South Africa, where she earned a Certificate in Performing Arts specialising in Musical Theatre from the Stage World Theatre School, before expanding her global credentials with a BA (Hons) in Theatre from the Guildford School of Acting and a Trinity Performers Certificate. This diverse training paved the way for a professional performance and singing career spanning South Africa, the UK, and Asia. An exceptionally versatile visionary, her extensive directing credits include a wide range of musicals: Anastasia, Annie, Be More Chill, Carrie, The Musical, Catch Me If You Can,  Chicago, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Cinderella, Guys and Dolls, Heathers, Into the Woods, Legally Blonde, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, School of Rock, Seussical, Shrek, Singin’ in the Rain, Sweeney Todd, Titanic, The Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz. Her directorial portfolio also features several compelling, hard-hitting plays: Dear Chuck, DNA, Find a Partner, Girls Like That and Hunt.

Choreographer

Chloe Au

Chloe is a dancer, teacher, performer, and choreographer.

Chloe's love for dance started at a young age, training in various dance styles -  Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Musical Theatre. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School, U.K. She performed in various shows internationally, engaged in works by Jason Mabana, James Cousin, Monique Jones etc, also starring in music videos.

Driven by her desire to share the joy of performing arts, Chloe is committed to providing high-quality dance training to her students. She strives to shape them into the next generation of stars, nurturing their talent and helping them reach their full potential.

In all aspects of her career, Chloe remains dedicated to her craft and passionate about inspiring others through the power of dance.

Production Manager/Choreographer

Jacqueline Choi

Jacqueline Choi is a performer, choreographer, educator and production manager. A graduate of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with an MFA in Arts and Event Management, Jacqueline was selected to be the Artist-in-Residence for the 2020 City Contemporary Dance Company. Jacqueline is now the Deputy Creative Director at KG Group, overseeing the production of musical theatre, visual arts and communications arts for artists as young as 2 years old to adults. With over 17 years of experience in children’s arts education, she is dedicated to using the arts as a transformative tool to instill character development and positive education in her students, empowering them to grow creatively and personally.

Jacqueline’s theatre works include: Ocean Park Whiskers Theatre: Whiskers Express & the Miraculous Journey, Nine Lives What A Dance Drama, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Youth Musical 2017-2019, HKAPA Interstage - in an instant, autumn came per se Concert 2020, Lost & Found, Where You End and I Begin, CoComelon Classroom Entertainment Experience 2025.

Musical Director

Jaime Wilkin

Jaime trained in music, with a specialism in composition, at The University of Birmingham in the UK. Since earning his masters degree in education, he has been heavily involved in community theatre. His most recent musical directing credits include Spring Awakening (2024), Rent (2024), Snapshots (2023), Robinhood: The Panto (2022), Jack and The Beanstalk: The Panto (2021), Carrie The Musical (2025) and Chicago (2026).

Singing Coach and Musical Director

Tammy Shum

Tammy Shum, soprano, holds a Master of Music in Voice and Opera Performance from the Schulich School of Music at McGill University, where she studied under the tutelage of soprano Aline Kutan. She is recently awarded the Li Ka Shing Foundation & Opera Hong Kong Young Artist Overseas Fellowship for her outstanding vocal artistry. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music with First Class Honours in 2022, and was awarded the HKSAR Talent Development Scholarship (Performing Arts) and the Hong Kong Children’s Choir Music Scholarship for her academic excellence. She was also awarded the Lee Bing Memorial Scholarship for Voice Majors offered by CUHK in support of her postgraduate studies.As a passionate young soprano, Tammy has appeared as Susanna from Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, and Papagena from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. She has also appeared as a soprano soloist with the Chung Chi Choir and the Schulich Singers, performing repertoire ranging from Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy and Camille Saint-Saëns’ Oratorio de Noël. Her professional engagements include being a member of the Opera Hong Kong Chorus and Musica Viva (Hong Kong) Opera Chorus.

Director

Micah Sandt

Micah is an international actor, musician, and composer, having performed in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, France, UK, and the USA. He completed his training in acting at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, and later did his masters in composition at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.

Recent performing credits including; his one-man show Gweilo with Pants Productions (Paris & Hong Kong), the musical Tabby McTat with ABA Productions (Singapore), and the immersive musical Last Night at Studio 54 as Elton John (Hong Kong). His recent compositions include; dance music for the TV series George & Mary (UK), and the new one-woman musical My Bubble and Me with Marsha Yuan (USA and Hong Kong).

Micah also works as a pianist and musical director, having conducted for companies such as the Hong Kong Women’s Choir and Shakespeare 4 All. He also teaches performing and composition to different schools including the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts and University of Idaho.
