​Auditions

• Performers applying for all courses under our programmes tab are required to first submit an audition prior to enrolling 

• All workshops are available for enrolment immediately without audition, subject to availability 

​

​Enrolment

• Parents, or performers aged 18 and above, should complete and sign the enrolment form and submit online with the tuition fees 

​

Waitlist

• Classes are available on a first come, first served basis with priority given to siblings of already enrolled performers. When your requested class is full, we will waitlist the performer. Upon a place becoming available, we will inform you immediately 

​

​Transferring

• We charge a $100 administrative fee should you change courses at any point during the academic year. Tuition fee differences should be settled as soon as incurred 

​

Withdrawal from term (applicable to students who prepaid the full-year tuition or masterpiece members)

• We assume that the student will continue with classes from term to term unless you notify us otherwise in writing. 

• We require 14 days written notice prior to the date the student is leaving, or fees will be charged as usual. Where 14 days notice is given, any remaining pre-paid tuition fees will be credited to your account. Credits unused within 12 months after the student’s last class will be forfeited and retained by Face Productions

• We charge a $200 administrative fee should you withdraw from a course without completing the term

​Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees are charged per term (on a two-monthly basis), payable before the first day of each term in which the performer is attending classes. Payment is based on eight classes over the two-month term 

• For payment, we accept ATM/bank transfers, online credit card, and cheque. Please make cheques payable to Kids' Gallery Company Limited 

• Fees must be paid in full before performers may attend classes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to performers if fees have not been paid on or before the first day of each term

Production Fee

• Performers who wish to participate in Face Academy productions/projects must pay a production fee for each production payable at the beginning of each academic year (in September) or when the performer is accepted into the production 

• Please note that once confirmed, the performer becomes an important part of the show and we cannot give refunds of  Production Fees under any circumstances

​

​Refunds

• We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, refund tuition, production fees already paid for

​Uniform

• When attending classes, performers should dress appropriately, including wearing black leggings, Face T-shirts or plain black T-shirts/leotards, dance shoes, and other items of clothing as appropriate. Face uniform is available from the online shop

​

​Food and Drinks​

• Performers may eat during class breaks at their own risk and are advised to practise caution whilst maintaining social distancing 

• If certain performers are allergic to any food which may be consumed on the premises, they must advise us immediately 

​

Course Cancellation

• Face Productions reserves the right to cancel any course whether it has started or not; and to alter the course content, course instructor, date and/or time, venue and other decisions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. The above changes are not eligible for any refunds or make-upclasses 

​

Special Class Arrangements

• Please note in the month leading up to the performance, students will be required to attend extra/rearranged rehearsal slots

Make-up Classes

• Due to the group nature of rehearsals, we are unable to arrange make-up classes for performers who miss any training sessions. Students are advised to attend all classes, and fees will not be deducted per lesson missed under any circumstances

Public Holidays

• Face Academy is generally closed on all public holidays. Classes affected by public holidays are accounted for and are arranged accordingly within the term to provide 8 lessons 

​

​Enforced Closures​

• We do not hold classes when the warnings for black rain or typhoon signal number 8 or higher have been raised or due to government enforced closures. Classes will resume two hours after the warnings have been lifted

 

• AMBER rainstorm warning signal                  Class as normal 

• RED rainstorm warning signal                       Class as normal 

• BLACK rainstorm warning signal                  Class cancelled 

• Typhon warning signal nos. 1, 3                   Class as normal 

• Typhon warning signal no.8 or above            Class cancelled ​

• We regret that we cannot arrange make-up class, credit or refund for these enforced closures

• Parents and performers should exercise their own discretion in deciding whether to attend classes during inclement weather

​

Other closures 

• If classes are unable to take place due to government directives or other health and safety initiatives, classes will temporarily be suspended; online classes will not be provided as an alternative 

• Refunds are not available under these circumstances and credits will be allocated to performers’ accounts until classes resume 

​Copyright

• Parents may take photographs, videos, and recordings but only focusing on their own children, and not on the other performers in the class. Any media used must not cause a distraction to instructors, other performers, or interrupt the class format, and may not be used for commercial or financial gain. You must respect the proprietary nature of all the classes taught at Face Productions and not infringe on copyright, registration marks, and trademarks

Photos and Other Media​

• We reserve the right to use photos, videos, and/or sound recordings of performers and their performances and/or classes, for instructor training, curriculum, and/or promotional purposes unless otherwise informed in advance by you in writing to our email at face@kggeducation.edu.hk

Disclaimer​

• All participants enrolled in activities at Face Productions do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to performers, their family members, and guests as a result of participating in these activities  

• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice from Face Productions 

• These terms and conditions apply to regular Face Academy courses only. Courses offered by our partners may have different terms and conditions
